We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review the terms below.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unopened and unused.

Non-returnable items

• Trading cards (singles, slabs, sealed) once opened

• Mystery products

• Items marked final sale

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info.collectionmania@gmail.com with photos.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
